Please complete the entry form below for the CMA National Rally (6-9 April) and Leadership Training Seminar (4-6 April). CMA Members are requested to enter their ID Numbers to automatically populate the information on the form for them.

Camping Costs for LTS is an additional R50 per person for the duration of the conference.
